Welcome to Five Talents Kenya
Five Talents Kenya (FTK) is a faith-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating extreme poverty and restoring dignity in Kenya’s most underserved communities. Since 2004, FTK has pioneered the Community Development Trust (CDT) model, leveraging trust-based savings groups to promote financial resilience, literacy, and climate-smart livelihoods.
In partnership with the Anglican Church of Kenya, FTK operates across 21 counties, including Kiambu, Nakuru, Mombasa, Marsabit, and Kitui reaching over 30,500 households with transformative impact. Through these trust-based savings groups, communities are empowered to learn, save, and invest, ultimately reducing income insecurity among rural households.

Where We Work
Through a strategic partnership with the Anglican Church of Kenya, Five Talents Kenya operates in 15 dioceses. These include Kiambu, Embu, Nakuru, Kericho, Baringo, Marsabit, Mombasa, Kitui, Makueni, Taita Taveta, Maseno North, Butere, Mumias (under WECODET), Malindi, and the recently onboarded Upper Southern Nyanza Diocese. Operating in 22 counties, we continue to reach households from bustling cities to remote villages, fostering lasting financial inclusion and transforming lives through locally rooted economic empowerment.
OUR FOOTPRINT IN KENYA
At Five Talents Kenya, we are committed to building economic resilience across the country by equipping communities with sustainable savings and credit solutions. Through our work, we have established 4 Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs) and 11 Community Development Trusts (CDTs), creating strong financial foundations in both urban and rural areas. In partnership with 15 Anglican dioceses, we are scaling our impact through collaboration—because teamwork truly makes the dream work.
